Registrar/ CPD Lead and Deputy Director of Professional Standards Committee

The Registrar and CPD Lead is a key role in the profession. It is critical in ensuring all members maintain high professional standards and in this way, protect the public

  • You have the opportunity to develop leaderships skills within the ACP.
  • Contribute to strategy relating to regulation and registration issues within the profession.
  • Support members of the ACP at different points in their careers.
  • Develop new policies as needed.
  • Oversee procedures around CPD and registration for the ACP.

The role is entirely based from home, as all meetings are online and this means that it is open to members from all four nations in the UK. 
There is good administrative support offered for this role, as well as professional support from the director of professional standards and the CEO. 

Requirements:

  • Full member of the ACP.
  • Enjoy speaking/contacting members.
  • Have good attention to detail.
  • Have an interest in the regulatory frameworks.

The role is advertised at 0.2 sessions, but there may be some flexibility around this that we would be happy to discuss.
